Reception Admissions 2017-18
If you wish to make an application, for your child/children to join Reception Class next September 2017, please complete the following:
- School's Supplementary Information Form 2017-18 (Click here for form)
- Certificate of Catholic Practice (Click here for form)
- Baptism Certificate
- Proof of home address (Which includes: a council tax bill, utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
Once completed please return to the school office by Friday 13th January 2017.
For all applications you must complete your Local Authority’s Application for Admissions to Primary School form which can be obtained from your HOME local Authority. This can be completed in paper form or online.
Failure to return the form to your home Borough by the online deadline 15th January 2017, would mean the governing body will be unable to consider your application.
